STAMFORD, CONN – Tom Foley, candidate for Governor, released the following statement in response to President Obama’s State of the Union Address:
“The President’s State of the Union remarks show he is beginning to understand that the public is fed up with how government – at all levels – is spending too much and not doing enough about jobs and the economy. I am running for Governor because Connecticut state government is both broken and broke. We need a plan and new leadership to fix it. As governor, I will get state finances in order and bring jobs back to Connecticut. Let’s get Connecticut working again.”
